UCR Extension offers high quality continuing education courses and programs to a diverse domestic and international clientele. UCR Extension is seeking a dynamic leader with demonstrated academic and program leadership experience to manage its Business and Management programs. Under the direction and general supervision of the Associate Dean of Extension, the Coordinator of Business and Management Programs develops, manages and evaluates all Extension courses, certificates and diplomas in the Business and Management areas. The Coordinator has a significant and continuing responsibility for class program planning and development; provides program support to instructors; provides academic counseling to local and international students. The Coordinator plays an important liaison role with community and campus; provides direction to professional and support staff in general office operations; and works with a significant level of independence and initiative.

The successful candidate must possess an MBA or graduate degree in a related field; significant experience in program administration, including successful financial management; developing, managing and evaluating courses or programs under general direction; and demonstrated experience with academic planning and curriculum development, as well as other skills.

The position is a full-time academic, two year renewable term appointment, with full benefits.
